Wafer Carriers

Electronic Container Corporation has process carriers for most wafer process applications. Wafer carriers for a wide variety of wafer diameter, chemical and temperature applications are available. Materials include Teflon (PFA), polypropylene, polycarbonate and PEEK. Manufacturers include ePAK, Empak, Entegris and Fluoroware(1).
